Job summary

Domino's is hiring for a full-time role in Radcliff, KY. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. You must follow company policies and lead your crew by example.

The position offers on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a pathway to growing within the Domino’s team. Candidates should be ready for day and evening shifts and a strong focus on customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You should possess supervisory or management experience.
• Food service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability and customer relations.
• You must follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
• Additional responsibilities may include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
