Job summary

Subway Group is seeking a Shift Manager/Team Member to lead daily restaurant operations. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, and teamwork to ensure smooth service.

Essential duties include cascading training, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and handling shift paperwork. Positions include Full Time/Part Time and various shifts by location. Compensation will be discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served properly.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working order during shifts.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
