Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead guest satisfaction and drive restaurant performance on every shift. You will report to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervise restaurant employees to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with a service-oriented mindset ready to manage a fast-paced team and uphold Checkers & Rally’s standards during all shifts.
