Eurest USA in Saint Louis, MO is hiring for Shift Supervisor roles to direct daily activities and oversee that tasks meet our standards for quality and safety. Positions include full-time and part-time schedules with a 10:00 am – 8:00 pm window at the Capital One West County Center site.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Internal referrals are encouraged and the company offers a comprehensive benefits program upon joining.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that job expectations are completed in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Act as contact for employee questions, time-off requests, and concerns.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Requirement: No experience is necessary. Willing to train!

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.


• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.


• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.


• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.


• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
