Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for full- and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Capital One Cafe, 5085 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77056. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Mon–Fri, hours vary; holidays and weekends required.

Coffee knowledge/experience preferred. Fixed pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Direct supervisors will lead associates during a shift, train staff and manage production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.

• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
