Job summary

Chartwells K-12, serving Jasper County Schools in Ridgeland, SC, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor. The role directs associates on shift and ensures duties meet policy and safety standards. You will train staff, create schedules, and monitor performance while acting as the main contact for time-off requests.

You will mentor employees and support operations to hit quality and productivity goals. The position requires 18 months of K-12 food service experience and offers $19.50 per hour

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the contact person for employee time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
