Job summary

Compass Group North America is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, to lead a team on a specific shift and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. The role requires prior supervisory, food service, and food safety experience, with varying days and hours including nights and weekends.

A pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour is offered, plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure procedures are followed.

• Serve as main point of contact for staff inquiries and time-off requests.
