Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, seeks a full-time Shift Supervisor in Ocala, FL. The role oversees a shift, directs associates, maintains policy compliance, and supports production and safety goals.

Location: 2489 Northwest 35th Avenue Road, Ocala, FL 34475. Schedule is 6:00–3:00 or 6:00–3:30 with weekends as needed; prior experience required for consideration.

• Experience in supervisory roles in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train and schedule staff effectively.
• Track record of evaluating performance and taking corrective action.

• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday; 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, or 6:00 pm to 3:30 am. Further details upon interview.




• Requirement : Previous experience required.




• Pay Range : $16.56 per hour to $17.06 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.


• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.


• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.


• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.


• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
