Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Novi, MI. You will direct the activities of associates on a specific shift, ensuring tasks meet policy and quality standards while managing a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

The role requires prior related experience (preferred) and includes training, scheduling, and performance coaching. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
