Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa New Braunfels, TX. The role oversees a shift, directs associates, and ensures high standards of service, quality, and safety in patient meals and related operations.

Qualified candidates bring prior customer service, food service, and supervisory experience. This position offers opportunities to contribute to patient care in a large healthcare foodservice network and grow within the Compass Group family.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests and time-off considerations.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Location : CHRISTUS Santa Rosa New Braunfels - 600 North Union Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Note: online applications accepted only .

• Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
