Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami, FL. The role directs associates on a shift, ensures policy adherence, and maintains quality, safety, and productivity in food service operations.

We seek individuals with prior food service experience who can train, schedule, and manage staff while upholding the company’s standards. The position offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for growth within Compass

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center - 1475 North West 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Sunday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service experience required.
• Pay Range: $23.00per hour to$28.00per hour.
