Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Shift Supervisor for our Retail location in Marianna, FL. The role reports to the General Manager and ensures daily store operations, customer service, and regulatory compliance are delivered flawlessly.

You will lead staff, manage opening/closing, maintain inventory, and uphold brand standards while handling cash with integrity. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English and operate electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

ROLESUMMARY

TheShift Supervisor will be responsible forassisting the General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership andsupervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
