Job summary

Compass Group's Chartwells Higher Ed at UNF in Jacksonville is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead a team during a shift and ensure standard operating procedures.

This role requires 2+ years supervisory food service experience, flexible full-time hours, and a focus on training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation to deliver quality, safety, and service.
