Compass Group USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a designated shift at our Irving, TX site. You will oversee associate activities, enforce policies, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires managerial experience and a commitment to hospitality-level service. The position is full-time with competitive hourly pay and benefits, offering opportunities to train and mentor staff while maintaining efficient operations.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are completed per policy and procedure.

• Act as the contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
