Job summary

Eurest is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor at Capital One Cafe in Boulder, CO. You will direct associates on a shift, ensure tasks meet policy, and oversee quality, productivity and safety standards. The role trains staff, builds schedules, evaluates performance, and handles time-off requests. Some weekend shifts may be required.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 to $20.00 and an internal referral bonus. Applications accepted online only.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
