Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA. The role oversees a shift of associates, ensures adherence to policies, and maintains quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Weekend availability is required, with Monday–Thursday schedules and variable hours. Qualified candidates will have at least one year in housekeeping with a lead or supervisory role.

• Training associates and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.


• Location: Piedmont Augusta Hospital - 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30901. Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Thursday; hours may vary. Weekend availability is required. More details upon interview.


• Requirement: At least one year of prior experience in housekeeping and a lead or supervisory role is required.


• Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
