Job summary

Ampler dba Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members with a positive attitude. You will ensure food safety, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and drive-thru & dining room duties.

This role favors strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle busy periods with energy.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older (or as required by state/local law)
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Food handler's certificate as required by state/local regulations
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass background check criteria
• Safety-focused, punctual, team oriented and motivated
• Open to weekend and holiday shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Restaurant Basics - Delighting Guests, Food Safety Sanitation, Guest and Employee Safety, Security & Daily Cleaning
• Food Preparation - prepare raw ingredients for menu item production
• Menu Item Production - prepare menu items for orders
• Daily Operations - Receiving and Storage, Preventative Maintenance, Opening and Closing procedures
• Guest Assistance - Dining Room/Lot, Dining Room Cashier, Drive-thru roles
• Act in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers
• Maintain punctuality and flexible scheduling
• Demonstrate high energy to meet customer demand
• Perform effectively in a fast-changing environment with minimal supervision
• Present a tidy appearance and good hygiene
• Make quick and appropriate decisions
• Anticipate bottlenecks and take action to resolve them
• Learn quickly and adapt to new situations
