The Greek in Bay Shore, NY is hiring for shift supervisor to oversee customer service, payments, and food prep in a fast-paced setting. The role offers both part-time and full-time options, with overtime after 40 hours and paid weekly.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for raises/promotions are provided to motivated team players. Applicants should be reliable, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical.
• Food Service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills are a must!
• No college degree required.

Mansioni

• Opening and closing duties
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor
• Take orders and process payment
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures
