Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Kyle, TX is hiring a Part-time Shift Supervisor to help run the floor, support the crew, and uphold our welcoming hospitality with consistent service.

You’ll oversee service during events, maintain cleanliness, handle counts, and ensure food quality and safety standards while communicating clearly with the general manager. The role offers flexible scheduling, hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Clean driving record and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food regulation standards of the stand.
• Provide notable service to guests.
• Uphold Tony C's standards for food quality and presence.
• Perform beginning, ending, and waste counts.
• Provide clear communication of what happens during events and address needs to the GM.
• Oversee production during events and uphold all rules and guidelines.
