Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity with ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and people; energetic, self-motivated and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication; leadership and conflict resolution.
• Basic business math and accounting; strong analytical skills; PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Represent Red Robin values and brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in this role alongside other hourly certifications as needed; flexible scheduling.
