Five Guys in Houston is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence and to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-quality food-service environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in areas such as product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team and inventory management.
