Five Guys in Michigan is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards in food prep, service, and customer relations. You will direct crew and support leadership during GM absence, contributing to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by crew members and shift leaders.
• Direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence: ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and inventory management.
