Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Mansfield location. The role focuses on coaching the team, ensuring high standards for customer service, and maintaining food quality throughout shifts.

You will oversee store activities, drive sales, and uphold Braum's policies while adapting to changing customer needs. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a positive attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
