Job summary

Braum's in Double Oak, Texas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during the early shift and ensure a great guest experience. You will coach crew, uphold Braum's standards, and drive sales while maintaining food quality and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license, with a rotating schedule around 45 hours per week.

• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Hourly Compensation

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Work Schedule
