Job summary

Braum's Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor at the Broken Arrow, OK location. The role leads the store crew, drives sales, and oversees all shift operations across food service, grocery and fountain areas.

The position requires a strong customer focus, integrity and the ability to train and develop team members. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Hourly Compensation

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor’s role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.


• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.


• Oversee the shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.


• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.


• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
