Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of retail/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and understandably.
• Ability to deal with customers and problems using standard procedures.
• Ability to work as scheduled and be on time.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers, and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service and coaches staff to maintain courtesy and attentiveness.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, and handle payments accurately.
• Perform merchandising duties: stock product areas, rotate inventory, and set pricing signage.
• Oversee shift sales, ensure transactions are recorded at correct prices and in the register.
• Maintain cash and inventory records; assist with daily banking and shift reports.
• Support staffing with scheduling and supervision as needed.
• Maintain store security and report incidents to the Store Manager.
