Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical CTR in Longview, TX. Schedule varies with rotating weekends; prior supervision is preferred. Pay range is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with full benefits for eligible positions.

Direct the activities of associates on a shift, provide training, and ensure policy and procedure compliance while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
