• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating 2+ employees.
• Preparing and coaching beverage/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift team to ensure quality beverages and service.
• Maintain store standards, cash handling, safety and security.
• Coach and coordinate team members to deliver a welcoming store experience.
