Starbucks Coffee Company in Sacramento is hiring a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor partners, and ensure the highest quality beverages and guest experiences.

You will coach baristas, uphold safety and cash-handling standards, and help meet store targets while maintaining Starbucks’ warm, welcoming environment for the community. This role also requires dependable attendance and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food product preparation according to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to baristas and partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security procedures.
