• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparations to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of two or more employees to meet store goals.
• Maintain cash handling, store safety and security, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and help train team members.
