Starbucks Coffee Company in Chattanooga is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community while maintaining quality beverages and food to standard recipes. You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and uphold store safety and cash handling procedures.

This role requires at least six months of customer interaction experience, flexible hours, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.

Responsabilidades
