Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach teammates, and maintain cash handling and safety during your shift.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, including changes requested by customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and manage cash handling and store safety.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work to ensure smooth shift operations.
