Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Lakeland is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse welcoming and safe for the community. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store policies.

The role requires six months of customer service experience, ability to direct tasks, strong communication, and teamwork. You’ll support scheduling, training, and safety while delivering the Starbucks experience.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to keep the coffeehouse welcoming and safe.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Direct the work of others and coach team members to meet standards.
• Support scheduling, training, and adherence to store policies.
