Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to teammates.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the shift team to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Prepare and customize orders according to recipes and customer preferences.
