Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a warm, welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse.
• Ensure quality beverages and food are prepared to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to deliver efficient service.
• Uphold store safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and build positive relationships with customers and partners.
