• Six months of experience in a role requiring regular interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate their work.
• Direct and coach teammates with effective communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
