Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months in a role with frequent customer interaction.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverage and food preparation per standards.
