Qualifications

• Provide quality beverages and food per recipes and standards; ensure store safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, adapting as needed.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
