Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team of two or more employees
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Adherence to store policies, cash handling, safety and security

• Direct and coach team members to meet quality beverage/food standards
