You will oversee beverage and food quality, uphold safety standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service. The role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work of 2+ employees.
• Knowledge of retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coach performance.
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Ensure beverage/food quality and consistency with recipes.
• Uphold store safety, security, and loss prevention measures.
