Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months in a role with customer interactions.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards are met; manage cash handling and safety procedures.
