Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a shift supervisor for our Henderson, NV location to lead baristas with craft and heart, ensuring the store remains welcoming and efficient. You will coach teammates, maintain quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards.

You’ll work flexible hours, collaborate with the team, and contribute to a positive, inclusive customer experience while growing with the company through our development programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Attend and be punctual, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies: quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Direct the work of teammates and coordinate tasks of multiple employees.
• Uphold safety, policies, and cash-handling procedures.
