Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in a welcoming coffeehouse, delivering quality beverages and food to customers while upholding safety and standards.

You will coach and delegate tasks, maintain regular attendance, and adapt to flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety per policy
