Qualifications

• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ensure store policies, quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety, and security are followed.
• Support and develop partner team members to deliver excellent customer service.
