Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making our coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You’ll ensure quality beverages and food, uphold safety, and model outstanding customer service during busy shifts.

You’ll coach and delegate tasks to a small team, adapt to flexible hours (early mornings, nights, weekends), and help maintain smooth operations while building positive relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
