Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or dispensary preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of hemp products and regulations (or willingness to learn).
• Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks.
• Must have at least 24 hours of availability each week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support dispensary staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local hemp regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Monitor/manage inventory levels and assist with restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
• Process transactions and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
