Shift Supervisors are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor performs all the duties of a Customer Service Representative plus assists the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the shift supervisoris responsible for directing the activities of all team members.
