Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Admission Nurse for PM/NOC 10-hour shifts (M-F 7pm–5:30am and every other weekend 10am–8:30pm) to join our caring team at 9401 S Kostner Ave, Oak Lawn, IL. The role emphasizes leadership in nursing care, medication administration, and resident advocacy within a Gold Seal of Approval facility.

Qualified candidates hold an Illinois RN or LPN license with prior skilled nursing facility experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and care as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments to monitor health and progress.
• Serve as a team leader within the Clinical Department.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and well-being.
