Job summary

Sotera Health Company in Rockaway, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to coordinate Operators during the sterilization process. You will supervise the shift, ensure GMP/OSHA compliance, and direct forklift movements while maintaining accurate process records.

We require a High School Diploma or GED and 1–1.5 years in a leadership role within a sterilization environment, fluency in English, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Training for the Shift Supervisor role will be provided.
