Job summary

Jason’s Deli in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shifts, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service and food safety. You will help drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and contribute to sales and profit through effective staff leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and adherence to Jason’s Deli’s standards while supporting a positive team environment and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Stand for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing on ladders as required.
• Perform a variety of jobs at a rapid pace for extended periods.
• Work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Understand and follow directions.

Job description

Pay: $15 to $20/hr Jason’s Deli is a family-owned business that has been enjoyed by its communities since 1976. Our Shift Supervisors are responsible for managing and running shifts by coaching and training team members while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation focusing on people, sales, and profit.
